Owner April Wood has an open property-maintenance case for the vacant lot at 1220 Krupp Park Dr. Neighbors reported high grass and weeds front and back, plus a backyard piled with junk, trash, tree debris and a broken-down chicken coop that reportedly smells and is holding water — creating a major mosquito issue, and the caller says they can let inspectors into the rear yard to show the problem.
