1309 Lydia St opened for code violation due to clogged gutters

Michael Magee, the neighbor at 1307 Lydia St., says the vacant property at 1309 Lydia St. has clogged gutters and downspouts on the north side that overflow onto his backyard and patio during heavy rain. He reports the runoff brings dirt and debris, calls to Premier Property Management haven’t fixed it, and the owner, DAC LLC, now has an open property maintenance case to get the problem resolved.
