1712 Stevens Ave code violation case opened for hoarding
Owner Soete Gerald Joseph has an open property-maintenance code case after a caller reported what sounds like a hoarding situation at 1712 Stevens Ave. The report also says the residence may lack water service, the garage “stinks” and might be used as a bathroom, and a lot of wildlife has been seen on the property — city inspectors have this listed as an active case.
