1904 DUKER AVE Code Violation opened for bamboo overgrowth

Owner Robert A. Hodelka has an open property maintenance case for runaway bamboo at 1904 Duker Ave. Neighbors say the bamboo has knocked out power multiple times, is growing into service lines and the roof line, overhangs the sidewalk and creeps into other yards, and is reportedly rotting and smelling like a dead animal — the city is handling the cleanup.
