2315 Glenmary Ave 1E Code violation opened for ceiling water leak
Courtyard Willow 30 LLC is the listed owner of the building where a property maintenance complaint popped up for 2315 Glenmary Ave, Apt D1. The tenant says a ceiling leak that started July 11 persisted despite a maintenance request on July 12, and parts of the plaster ceiling fell on July 19 after water continued to drip from a previously repaired pipe. The tenant and her cat have temporarily moved out and report no response from management, and the case remains open for inspection.
