435 E Broadway cited for code violation: roof/chimney work without safety gear
The Roman Catholic Bishop of Louisville has an open property-maintenance case at 435 East Broadway after a report that maintenance personnel were working on the roof and chimney without proper safety equipment. Inspectors also noted a ladder blocking the alley and no visible warning cones or other safety devices, so crews will need to secure the site and clear the alley before the issue is resolved.
