9615 Chapel Hill Rd code violation filed for rotten wood and foundation damage
Owner Marshell Barber Jr. has an open property maintenance case at 9615 Chapel Hill Rd after reports that the house has rotten wood, large cracks, and chunks of concrete falling from the foundation. The complaint says the kitchen floor looks like it’s sinking and doors are sticking, and even wonders whether work next door might be causing the problems — the case is open for follow-up.
