1109 Fisk St code violation for unresolved repairs (alarms, dishwasher, toilet)
Louisville Metro Housing Authority has an open property-maintenance complaint at 1109 Fisk St after a tenant reported a trio of household headaches. The tenant says the fire alarms keep beeping and they can’t access them to change batteries, the dishwasher is dumping wastewater into the sink, and the downstairs toilet runs nonstop—and they say the office hasn’t sent anyone to fix these problems in the two months since moving in; the tenant is okay with their name being on the report.
