9804 RIDGESIDE DR 3 AC issues; maintenance case opened
Brookridge Village Apartments LLC has an open property-maintenance complaint for 9804 Ridgeside Dr, Unit 3 after a tenant reported repeated AC failures this summer that maintenance repairs only temporarily fix. The tenant says the unit runs but never really cools—the last repair lasted about a week—so with a son who has asthma she’s sometimes had to stay with friends when the apartment hit about 80 degrees at 9 p.m. despite the thermostat set to 70.
