Greystone Rentals LLC is the owner of 716 S 16th St Unit 1, where a property maintenance case is open after a neighbor reported a huge weed growing out of the building and impeding their yard and porch. The neighbor says they called property management and a resident multiple times over two months with no resolution and even had to remove their children’s playhouse because it was being infested, so city officials are now involved to get it cleared.
