3428 Breckenridge Ln 2 code violation for leaks and mold

A resident at Monarch Apartments has filed a property maintenance complaint for 3428 Breckenridge Ln, Unit 2, saying the ceiling leaks when it rains, has bulging lumps, and there’s mold throughout the apartment. They say the HVAC drips onto floors, management/owner HDJ Breckenridge Partners LLC has been repeatedly notified but hasn’t fixed anything, the family has been staying elsewhere because they’re sick, and the code-enforcement case is open.
