917 SCHILLER AVE opened a property maintenance case

Owners Sutherland Arthur Lowe and Sarah Eliza have an open property maintenance case at 917 Schiller Ave after neighbors complained the yard was so overgrown it forced folks to borrow hedge trimmers every couple of weeks to keep the shared border tidy. City inspectors assessed the lot in late June following a May complaint; it was briefly noted as “well maintained” in early July but a separate reviewer later substantiated the complaint, and about 60 square feet of raspberry briars were removed and the area mulched.
