4526 S 1ST ST opened code violation for nonworking kitchen sink sprayer
A tenant at 4526 S 1st St has filed an open property-maintenance complaint against owner Brian J. Simmons after discovering the kitchen sink sprayer doesn't work. The tenant says they told Simmons on July 9 while discussing a separate plumbing issue and were told the sprayer “was already like that,” claiming they were never informed it never worked when they moved in, so the city has logged it as a code violation.
