1620 CHERRY WAY Code Violation for overgrown lawn and blocked drainage
Owner Nicolas Elucienne has an open property-maintenance case at 1620 Cherry Way. A neighbor reports the lawn went uncut for about nine months and a recent mowing put grass clippings in the front drain, clogging the swale and causing stormwater to back up into yards — with the back drainage noted as a potential future problem.
