Owner Daniel Tobias Freese has an open property-maintenance case at 245 Delmont Ave after neighbors complained about an overgrown bush/small tree growing out into the back alley. Neighbors say the alley is collecting standing water that could breed mosquitoes and the vegetation is blocking passage, and they’re asking the city to clean it up before it becomes unusable for the folks who’ve relied on it for decades.
