Housing Authority of Louisville has an open property maintenance case at 1707 S 32nd St after a resident reported persistent mold across the upstairs bathroom ceiling. The tenant says they clean and paint it, but the mold keeps coming back; the problem was first reported on May 30 and the property manager has been involved since then.
