161 ST MATTHEWS AVE 18: Code Violation - Fence inspection requested

He reports multiple collapsed sections and fallen posts that have landed on the office building and in the yard, with the remaining runs visibly leaning and unstable—creating a safety hazard for tenants, visitors, contractors, and pedestrians. The complaint is filed as an open property maintenance case requesting the owner be required to repair or remove the unsafe fence, and photos were submitted with the request.
