1939 Trevilian Way opened code violation for no-parking sign
Kimberly J. Richmond has mounted a "No Parking" sign on her privacy fence facing Ravinia Avenue at 1939 Trevilian Way, even though the curb there isn’t painted yellow. The city has opened a property maintenance code violation case to determine whether a homeowner-installed sign is legal in that spot, and the matter is currently listed as open.
