Larry P. and Robin L. The complaint says occupants allegedly stole the car-wash garbage cans, left trash everywhere, and that a neighbor called “Jeffrey” feels unsafe because a downstairs resident claims to be a tenant (not the landlord), with police advising the reporter to contact the owners.
