1100 Willow Springs Dr A mold code violation case open
A tenant at 1100 Willow Springs Dr A has filed an open property maintenance complaint asking owner Woodbridge LVL Partners I LLC to address a black mold problem that’s gone unresolved for more than a month. The tenant reports ongoing health issues and says they’ve faced threats from apartment staff, and that they have additional photos to support the claim. The issue is listed as an open code-violation case while the city and owner work toward a resolution.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
