Owner Jennifer Kay Connelly has an open property maintenance case at 627 Country Club Rd after a neighbor complaint about yard upkeep. The caller says the resident lets the grass grow long, then cuts or “hacks at” it and tosses the clippings into the road on a curve, which creates an unsafe condition for drivers and pedestrians.
