6701 FINCASTLE TRL opened a property maintenance case for tall grass

Owner Sierra Alexis Segvich is the subject of an open property-maintenance code violation for overgrown grass and weeds at 6701 Fincastle Trl. A complaint says the front yard was only partly cut, leaving weeds “out of hand,” and a neighbor reports two horses living in the high grass and alleges animal abuse, so city inspectors have the case open to investigate.
