Owner Krystal Donaway has an open property-maintenance case about chronic flooding at 3425 Lees Ln, reporting up to 10 inches of standing water during heavy rains that pours into her garage and damages personal property. She says she’s lost a deep freezer full of deer meat, bags of concrete that set in the garage, and has a rotted privacy fence post; a councilwoman has promised drainage repairs starting in August and Donaway is hoping for compensation for her losses.
