103 N 45th St opened for property maintenance code violation ENF-PMNT-26-015164

A Section 8 tenant reported a raw sewage flood at 103 N 45th St., saying a failed sump pump left the basement floor and walls coated in slimy, toxic sewage residue and ruined a washer, dryer, lawnmower and stored belongings. The tenant says the central AC was partly submerged and is shut off because of electrical and airborne contamination risks, a young child with asthma is affected, and landlord Melton Of Kentucky LLC didn’t respond or send remediation — the tenant included video and requested an emergency housing code inspection.
