13917 Petwood Blvd cited for code violation over makeshift PVC frame in yard
Owner Danielle P. Wood has an open property maintenance case at 13917 Petwood Blvd after a complaint that PVC piping was screwed together to form a makeshift frame around the side and back yards. Neighbors called it a nuisance and "basically trash in the yard," saying it makes the street look unappealing, and the city currently has the case open and awaiting follow-up.
