1060 Highland Avenue cited for code violation: dumping refrigerators on sidewalk
Owner Malone Christen E has an open property-maintenance case after two refrigerators were left on the sidewalk in front of 1060 Highland Ave. Neighbors say this isn’t the first time large items or trash have been set at the curb without a scheduled pickup, so the city flagged it as a recurring curbside-dumping issue.
