728 CREEL AVE opened a Property Maintenance Code Violation case

Lady From Persepolis LLC is listed as the owner in an open property maintenance case after a tree from the vacant house next door at 726 Creel Ave fell into the yard at 728 Creel Ave and took down a power line. The complainant says the vacant property isn’t being mowed or maintained until someone files a complaint, so city enforcement has the case open to investigate.
