4115 Henry Ave code violation: Tree over roadway near power lines
Owner Nguyen Hue Thi has an open property-maintenance code case at 4115 Henry Ave after a neighbor reported a very large tree outside the fence that's hanging over power lines. The caller warned the tree—“the biggest tree around”—sheds large branches in bad weather, raising concerns about property damage and the kids' safety, so codes staff are being asked to take a look.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
