Arling 1533 Land Trust is listed as the owner in an open property maintenance case for 1533 Arling Ave. The complaint says several homes on Arling Avenue (1533 included) have been regularly blocking the sidewalk with parked vehicles, neighbors on nearby Shingo Avenue have been leaving trash and recycling at the curb, and the yard at 1533 has been left unkept with grass over a foot tall.
