73 College Ct Louisville KY 40203 code violation inspection requested
A tenant at 73 College Ct says their rental, owned by Louisville Housing Services Corp, has no working air conditioning and recurring electrical problems that have caused the whole home to lose power. They’ve asked Louisville Metro Code Enforcement for an inspection, alleging the landlord won’t make repairs until rent is paid and offering photos, videos, and copies of communications to document the issues and restore safe, habitable conditions.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
