3020 NEPPERHAN RD Code Violation: Rat infestation reported at residence
Owner Stoltz Michael Joseph reports an ongoing and worsening rat infestation nesting under the backyard shed and deck at 3020 Nepperhan Rd in the Klondike neighborhood. He’s asked the Department of Codes & Regulations to investigate, place bait appropriate for a single-family residence, and inspect a neighboring garden or compost pile behind his house that he suspects is attracting the rodents — a concern because he has two small children and dogs who play in the yard.
