604 EMILY RD code violation: giant wasp nest blocking public street

Owner Bernier Clarke Glynnnis Ann has an open property-maintenance case after a report that a giant active wasp/hornet nest is hanging over the public street between 604 and 607 Emily Road. The nest isn’t on private property and a city recycling truck nearly hit it, so the city has the issue logged and opened the case to get it removed for safety.
