3037 DUMESNIL ST Opened Code Violation for Rodent Infestation and Basement Hole
Owner Jewell Kirk A has an open property-maintenance case at 3037 Dumesnil St after a caller reported a serious rodent problem. The caller said she saw at least 10 big rats run out of the basement, the place smells like rodent waste, and there’s an obvious hole by a wooden basement door where the animals escaped.
