Shamlight LLC is listed as the owner on an open property maintenance case after a citizen reported that a business at 962 Baxter Ave has lots of trash and construction debris piled in front and on the sidewalk. The complaint says the debris is blowing into the street, so city inspectors have the case open to get the sidewalk and curb cleared.
