1608 TEXAS AVE Code Violation: Trash dumped behind Community Garden

Owner John M. Rapier is the subject of an open property maintenance case after a neighbor reported a large amount of trash, limbs and other debris in the yard at 1608 Texas Ave. The complaint says the person was seen dumping more debris behind the Community Garden two days ago and that this isn’t the first time, so city inspectors have the case open for follow-up.
