1704 W KENTUCKY ST code violation opened for fallen tree blocking alley
Owner Bessie M. Ratcliffe has an open property maintenance case after a tree reportedly fell into the alley behind 1704 W Kentucky St. A neighbor says a line is hanging from the tree and a garbage truck had to back out of the alley, creating a safety and access issue the city will need to address.
