2919 W Market St 2: Property Maintenance Case Open

Carethers Enterprises LLC has an open property maintenance case after a neighbor reported a torn gutter at 2919 W Market St, Unit 2 that was roughly reattached last year and now pours water out during heavy rains. The neighbor at 2921 says the runoff has soaked their crawlspace (they replaced five floor joists), is attracting mosquitoes and termites, and is asking the city to require removal of the damaged gutter and installation of a seamless replacement to stop water from flowing onto adjacent property.
