Owner Oneida Victoria Harris is the subject of an open property maintenance/code-violation case after a neighbor filed a complaint about yard neglect at 9214 Wellington Hill Ct. The neighbor says Harris previously used a lawn service after a similar problem last year but recently told them she "just doesn't feel like cleaning it up," so the city has an active case to follow up.
