603 Quails Run Code Violation opened for property maintenance
RB Properties II LLC has an open property maintenance case at 603 Quails Run after a tenant reported ongoing problems since moving in. The caller says the first apartment had roaches and, after being moved to Apt 84 (possibly A4), now the bathroom floor floods daily whenever the upstairs neighbor showers — maintenance hasn’t sent a plumber or found the cause. She reports washing towels every day and that the carpet is starting to mildew, so the issue is being flagged for follow-up.
