3469 Glendale Ave code violation for removal of dead front yard tree

Thomas Tree Care told owners Sherrard Louie Allen & Holly Sue that a front-yard tree at 3469 Glendale Ave is dead from oak wilt and needs to be removed. Because the tree keeps dropping large limbs and has damaged neighboring properties, the city has opened a property maintenance/code violation case to address the hazard.
