2302 Griffiths Ave opened a property maintenance code violation case
Arcade Investments LLC has an open property-maintenance case after a caller reported the air conditioning at 2302 Griffiths Ave hasn't worked for over a week and a roof leak is causing buckling in the kitchen and hallway ceilings. The problem was first reported in March and hasn’t been resolved; the caller asked the city to expedite an inspection and to contact them to arrange it (their contact info will become part of the public record).
