Owner Danielle Rae Green has an open property maintenance case on the double lot at 713 E Kentucky St. A section of the lot along Speckert Ct. is badly overgrown and reportedly overrun with mosquitoes, flies, and rodents, so the city has the case open to get the nuisance addressed.
