7415 TERRY RD opened a Property Maintenance Case

Owner Burnett Joe Sr. is the subject of a property maintenance case after neighbors reported the yard at 7415 Terry Rd is "absolute filth," including a collapsing backyard pool full of stagnant water that’s attracting mosquitoes. Residents also say large mice and rats are moving into the neighborhood, this is the second complaint, and the case is open awaiting follow-up inspections.
