1238 LYDIA ST opened for property maintenance code violation (overgrown yard)
Movroydis Kristina Lee is the owner listed on an open property maintenance case for 1238 Lydia St after neighbors reported the front and back yards have never been mowed and are now overrun with weeds. This code violation is focused on yard upkeep — not a structural problem — so the city is following up to get the grass and weeds back under control.
