7608 PINTAIL DR Code Violation opened for trash, weeds and pests
Lamar Realty LLC has an open property maintenance case at 7608 Pintail Dr after a neighbor reported trash dumped by the street and left near the back door, plus overgrown weeds and debris between the garage and fence line. The complaint says gutters and other materials are scattered around and the yard is drawing wasps, mosquitoes, insects and other critters, and the neighbor notes this isn’t the first time and is calling for enforcement and fines. The case is listed as open, so city inspectors may follow up.
