1609 Clover St 112 opened for property maintenance violation ENF-PMNT-26-014336

A property maintenance complaint has been filed against owner SCH Walnut Grove LLC for conditions at 1609 Clover St, Apt 112. Resident Jessica says a mattress has been left behind the dumpster since at least April 30, gutters/drainage routinely pool and flood her patio in heavy rain despite promised contractor visits, and management has refused to provide properly fitting window and door screens while asking residents to buy their own.
