3229 Orchard Manor Cir opened ENF-PMNT-26-014333 for code violation
A tenant reports they haven’t had a working AC all year at 3229 Orchard Manor Cir, saying indoor temperatures are above 90° despite multiple maintenance requests. The property owner, Madrid Ky LLC, has had crews come out but the unit remains unfixed, and the issue is logged as an open property maintenance/code violation case.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
