9309 Jasper Dr Open Code Violation for Trash from Encampment
Life Church Louisville Inc has an open property maintenance case after reports of a large trash buildup from a nearby homeless encampment at 9309 Jasper Dr. Neighbors say the area is reachable from 701 Valley College by the dumpster, with a path that leads to camps and trash scattered onto several private properties — the issue is now on the city’s radar.
