4001 Sunflower Ave opened for code violation (tall grass, rodents)

Louisville & Jefferson County Landbank has an open property-maintenance case for 4001 Sunflower Ave after neighbors reported very tall grass and sightings of mice and small rodents coming from the lot. A notice added on Feb. 16, 2022 notes the property was donated to Louisville Metro, so this looks like a city-handled cleanup rather than a private one.
