A resident reports a not-so-fun basement surprise at 813 Weller Ave, prompting a property maintenance case with owner Green James Jr. The tenant says flooding warped baseboards and left water damage in a bedroom and the washroom step, tried an industrial fan that didn’t dry things, and after a June 29 visit where maintenance reportedly pushed over storage totes and said it wasn’t black mold, a promised June 30 follow-up never showed — she’s submitted video and paperwork.
